Every once in a while, you hear of an injury that makes you cringe. Some are of the serious, career-threatening variety. Others just look horrible.
Then there’s an injury that leads you to the unfortunate conclusion that a once great career may now be over.
Such is the case in Baltimore where it’s being reported that six-time Pro Bowl linebacker Terrell Suggs suffered torn biceps in the team’s loss to the New York Giants on Sunday.

Suggs, 34, entered Sunday’s contest having recorded four sacks in five games. It surely looked like the 14-year veteran was returning to form after missing all but one game last season with a torn Achilles.
Biceps injuries of this ilk are usually season ending. And considering Suggs worked so hard to get back on the field, one has to wonder whether he will just hang them up.
