Browns WR Terrelle Pryor has hamstring injury

Terrelle Pryor

Coming off a two-touchdown performance against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, Cleveland Browns wide receiver Terrelle Pryor is in the midst of a breakout season.

The former quarterback is now on pace to catch 88 passes for 1,100 yards and 11 total touchdowns. It’s really been remarkable what he’s done through the first six games.

Unfortunately, it now looks like Pryor might be slowed down a bit here over the short term.

Hamstring injuries to wide receivers and running backs in particular are tricky. They can linger over the long haul, impacting a players’ ability to get off the snap or come out of his break. Specifically, that could hinder Pryor’s impact over the short term.

Cleveland takes on a struggling Cincinnati Bengals team this upcoming week. If the team doesn’t have Pryor in the mix, its chances of winning for the first time on the year are severely limited.
