Bro code? That’s the title of a spoof video by David Spade and Adam Sandler, who poke fun at D’Angelo Russell’s faux pas this past NBA season.
If you don’t know, Russell took candid video of a chat he had with Nick Young, who admitted during the informal conversation that he cheated on Iggy Azalea. He then let that video leak into the public somehow, exposing his Los Angeles Lakers teammate to the world — a move that did not resonate well with his coach or teammates.
Sandler plays the role of Russell in this video, with Spade playing Young.
It’s not their finest work, but there are some funny nuggets to be found.
Let’s just hope they don’t try and recreate the entire saga for their next joint film. “Grown Ups 2” was bad enough.
