Julian Edelman obviously doesn’t want Tom Brady to be disciplined for his alleged role in the Deflategate scandal, currently set to cost him four games in 2016.
He made this crystal clear in an appearance at Boston Calling, a local music festival, on Saturday night.
Check out Edelman screaming “free Brady!” on stage, much to the delight of the pro-New England Patriots crowd.

We’re pretty sure Edelman’s message is resonating with all Patriots players, coaches and fans.
The franchise recently filed an amicus brief in support of Brady, who is set to have a final appeal against the NFL’s unprecedented discipline some time in June. In that brief, the Patriots used extremely strong language to condemn what it deems as extremely shady tactics by the league to sway the opinion of the general public about what actually happened (read more here).
Until the entire thing finally shakes out, all anyone can really do is protest the suspension, just like we saw with Edelman Saturday night.
