WATCH: Stephen Curry throws insane pass, gives high-five mid-three-pointer

In case you were wondering, Stephen Curry is still an amazing basketball player.

During a preseason game Monday night, the Golden State Warriors point guard pulled off what is easily the most impressive sequence of the year.

While directing a fast break, Curry whipped the ball around his back, snapped a pass from right to left, jogged into the right corner and received a pass. But then, after Curry hoisted a three-pointer, he immediately turned to give a teammate—on the bench—a high-five before the ball hit the net.

Take a look for yourself.

Golden State ultimately topped the Toronto Raptors 95-87, partly in thanks to Curry’s 14 points and two assists. He also buried three of his five attempts from long distance.

More importantly, though, Monday provided the first chance to see the 2014-15 MVP in action, because that guy is special. Curry and the Warriors open the regular season against Anthony Davis and the New Orleans Pelicans on Tuesday, Oct. 27, at 10:30 p.m. ET on TNT.

But if you can’t wait until then—and who can blame you—Golden State and the Houston Rockets will square off on Thursday, Oct. 15, at 10 p.m. ET on TNT.
