The Pittsburgh Steelers signed veteran linebacker James Harrison to a two-year, $2.75 million extension in March. And at least as far as offseason gym workouts go, Harrison doesn’t appear to be missing a beat.

This video alone of Harrison bench pressing proves that he’s still prepared to be a physical factor in Pittsburgh’s defense. Watch as the 37-year-old presses 505 pounds—twice.

During Harrison’s first 10 years with the Steelers, he helped lead the team to two Super Bowl victories. He was named Defensive Player of the Year in 2008 and participated in five Pro Bowls.

Harrison played one season for the Cincinnati Bengals in 2013 then announced his retirement. His absence from the NFL was short-lived however, since the former All-Pro found himself back with the Steelers less than a month later. In 2014, Harrison tallied 5.5 sacks and 29 tackles.
