WATCH: LeBron James Evens Up Cavaliers-Bulls Series with Game-Winner

All the controversy. All the drama.

With his Cleveland Cavaliers on the verge of potentially falling down three games to one in their Eastern Conference Semifinals matchup with the Chicago Bulls, LeBron James decided to take over.

It didn’t come without controversy and intrigue.

Cleveland was down by 11 points with less than a minute remaining in the third. It then dominated throughout the fourth quarter to take a five-point lead with less than 40 seconds left. After Jimmy Butler nailed a three to pull Chicago within two, the officials called an offensive foul on James, who obviously disputed it. While he did throw an elbow at Bulls forward Mike Dunleavy, it was apparent that Derrick Rose reached in beforehand. The call ended up going Chicago’s way. And with under 10 seconds left, Rose hit a layup to tie the game.

After James drove the length of the court and was “fouled” by Joakim Noah (no call), the Cavaliers gained possession with less than two seconds left.

Then this happened…

Talk about putting your team on your back. By virtue of nailing that buzzer-beater, James and Cavaliers head back to Cleveland with the series tied at two and a chance to take a stranglehold on the series.
