Atlanta Hawks center Al Horford dislocated his right pinky finger during the team’s Game 1 victory over the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday afternoon.

Per Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Horford was adamant that he would be available for the second meeting of the first-round series.

“I’m playing. I’m playing. I feel fine. I practiced today.”

Horford tallied 10 points and 10 rebounds, though he missed a portion of the fourth quarter while getting his hand checked out.

According to Vivlamore, Horford said his pinky and ring fingers must be taped together. When the All-Star returned in Game 1 after receiving the same treatment, he missed both shot attempts and did not grab a rebound.

Injuries have plagued the Hawks recently; Paul Millsap is battling a shoulder problem, while Thabo Sefolosha is unavailable due to a broken ankle.

Atlanta holds a 1-0 advantage in the series over the Nets. Game 2 will be tip off at 7 p.m. ET on Wednesday, April 22, at Philips Arena. The clash will be televised on NBATV.
