Josh deleted the tweet shortly after posting, but it’s apparent that this little Yankees’ secret is out to the public.

In 15 seasons with the Yankees, Pettitte won 219 games (92 over .500) and finished with a 3.99 career ERA in the pinstripes. He also the franchise’s all-time leader in strikeouts with over 2,000.

A key member of the Yankees dynasty years, Pettitte helped the team win a ridiculous five World Series titles before retiring in 2013. Overall, the future Hall of Famer posted 256 career wins in 18 Major League seasons, including three years with the Houston Astros.

In addition to retiring Pettitte’s jersey, the Yankees will honor the former pitcher with a plaque in Monument Park and make August 23rd “Andy Pettitte” Day.
