Seattle Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor is among the best players at his position in the National Football League. So when his struggles with injuries earlier this season showed a dramatic downtick of production on the field, Chancellor was rightfully frustrated with what he saw on tape (via Seahawks.com).
Yeah, definitely. It was tough…I hated watching film. I hated watching myself. Just hated it. It comes with the territory. It comes with football and you’ve just got to find way to get through it and push forward.
Chancellor missed two games with bone spurs in his ankle and a separate hip issue, both of which limited his productivity when he was on the field.
The good news here for Chancellor and his Seahawks is that he’s coming off two solid performances in a row and should be up for the task against the division rival San Francisco 49ers on Thanksgiving night in what amounts to a near must win for both squads.
