In his newest Nike commercial, which couldn’t have come out at a better time, Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman makes fun of the “best cornerback in the NFL conversation” by parodying the hype surrounding it.

Fresh off a sub-par (by his standards) Week 2 performance, all those critics have come out of the woodwork asking whether Sherman is the best corner or if he’s “been exposed.”
The funny thing here is that this commercial was made a long time before Seattle’s Week 2 loss to the San Diego Chargers, a game in which Sherman gave up a WHOPPING four catches on five targets.
I also like the Damon Wayans Jr. cameo in this one.
Good job, Nike.
