Let’s hope that this story isn’t true. Former Tennessee Titans kicker Rob Bironas died late Saturday night in Nashville, Tennessee after crashing his car into several trees. He was transported to Vanderbilt Medical Center where the 36-year-old was pronounced dead.
It’s a tragic loss for the community in Nashville and the entire Titans organization.
Now comes this 911 call from a woman at the scene of the accident that claims Bironas tried running her off the road prior to the fatal accident (via The Tennessean).
Police spokesman Don Aaron had this to say about the 911 call.
The report from this citizen is part of the investigation…A statement from her will be a part of the investigation.
Again, this is eyewitness testimony, nothing else. The last thing anyone wants to see in a tragic situation like this is that Bironas’ death could have been a result of a bit of road rage.
