Watch: Kacy Catanzaro’s Amazing Feat on ‘American Ninja Warrior’

I couldn’t care less about the show American Ninja Warrior, but what former Towson gymnast Kacy Catanzaro accomplished on a recent episode of the show is nothing short of amazing.

First off, just sit there in awe watching her ridiculous athletic ability. Yes guys, it’s okay to stare.

Due to that “routine,” Kacy became the first woman to advance to the qualifying stage and into the finals. She will now take part in said final at Mt. Midoriyama. Former NFL star Tim Brown was among those in attendance to catch this dazzling display.

The five-feet tall, 100-pound Catanzaro was a standout gymnast at Towson University where she won NCAA Southeast Regional Gymnast of the Year and the ECAC Gymnast of the Year in 2011.

No, don’t get any ideas and try this at home. Maybe the first step should be a trip to the gym.

The social media world was also buzzing about her performance.
