The Miami Heat are no longer going to be the class of the Eastern Conference after losing LeBron James to the Cleveland Cavaliers in free agency. Fans in South Beach have apparently started the process of ridding themselves of anything to do with the memory of James leading the franchise to two NBA championships in four seasons.
You would think that fans of a specific franchise that has won four consecutive Eastern Conference titles would thank James for placing the Heat back on the NBA map.
I guess not.

Keep in mind that this doesn’t represent the entire Miami Heat fan base. Just like Cleveland Cavaliers fans burning his jerseys a few years ago when he bolted for Miami, it really is the lowest common denominator that is doing this.
