C.J. Miles Agrees to Four-Year Contract With the Indiana Pacers

Former Cleveland Cavaliers guard C.J. Miles has reportedly agreed to a four-year, $18 million contract with the Indiana Pacers. While not necessarily huge news in a vacuum, this could very well be an indication that Pacers free agent Lance Stephenson is going to be moving on in free agency.

As was reported earlier today, Stephenson turned down a five-year, $44 million contract from the Pacers (via ESPN.com).

Miles, one of our most underrated free agents, averaged just under 10 points per game for Cleveland a season ago. While more of a top-tier bench option, Indiana may be looking at him to replace the enigmatic Stephenson, didn’t do himself any favors with his postseason antics against LeBron James and the Miami Heat.
