It’s officially becoming ridiculous.

Yahoo Sports is now calling him “Johnny Hoops.” Like I said, this is getting ridiculous.

Manziel was drafted by the Harlem Globetrotters in the eighth annual selection of world-class athletes.

In addition to him being the newest quarterback to the Cleveland Browns, he was also drafted in the 28th round by the San Diego Padres. Not only is his resume growing, but it’s looking better than mine.

The 21-year-old was called “a fantastic athlete that knows how to entertain” by Sweet Lou Dunbar, the Globetrotters’ director of  players. Dunbar then said Johnny Basketball has a ring to it.
