2014 NFL Draft: Buffalo Bills Trade Up to No. 4 Overall, Select Sammy Watkins

The Buffalo Bills have struck a trade with the Cleveland Browns to move up from No. 9 overall to the fourth pick. With Jadeveon Clowney, Greg Robinson and Blake Bortles off the board, Buffalo selected wide receiver Sammy Watkins from Clemson. 

Buffalo yielded the ninth pick and a fourth-round pick in this draft as well as a first-round pick in the 2015 NFL draft to the Browns in this deal.
